The End of Raptor Chat
After careful consideration I have decided to put an end to the ongoing Raptor Chat project, this decision comes after Blizzard's choice to deny the access of chat applications such as Raptor Chat, to their public and private Battle.Net channels. I do have plans for future development of gaming related chat clients, of a greater magnitude than Raptor Chat, watch PlanetGamers.Net for more information.
I wish to thank all members of the Raptor Chat community for their loyalty, and help in creating the best Battle.Net chat application. This website and all content will remain online for those who continue to use Raptor Chat.

Large News Update
Server Downtime
The Raptor Chat website has been down for the past two days, this was due to our host changing servers. We had to manually piece the site back together and there may still be a few glitches around the website, although everything should be back to normal within a few days.

Raptor Chat 2001 Beta Build 1873 Released!
Raptor Chat 2001 Beta Build 1873 has been released with a very large list of changes. Featuring over 30 new features, over 23 bug fixes, 7 new commands, 6 new functions and 2 new variables. Just to correct the time stated in the previous news post, we would like to mention that Raptor Chat 2001 Beta Build 1873 will not be released exactly at 12:00 AM on the 23rd, it will be released later in the afternoon or evening, although it will be released on the 23rd for sure.

Raptor Chat Progress Update
Since the previous release a lot of changes have been made and all known bugs have been corrected for the next release. The next beta release will be coming shortly, although we still have a few more things to complete before that time. The next release will be anytime within the next two weeks possibly even this coming weekend. There are still many large plans for Raptor Chat and it is still only the beginning. Don’t forget to visit our Raptor Chat forum/message board where you will find many other Raptor Chat users to chat with.

Raptor Chat 2001 Beta Build 1836 Released
It is finally here, the Raptor Chat 2001 Beta Build 1836 has been released and is downloadable from here. Now that the first beta has been released there will be many more updates coming in the near future, we still have very large lists of additions and improvements to complete before the full release. Many parts of the website are not yet complete, all efforts for the past few weeks have been invested into the actual application, but you will now see the website fill up quickly.
